Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large with two double (or queen) beds and the bathroom was awesome - with a huge rain shower and adjoining soaker tub.

Very convenient location just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around so easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for exploring the area.

Bien situé (près de la gare). Chambre spacieuse, mais pas d’espace de rangement. Pas de service à la chambre à moins de supplément. Obligé de demander à la réception pour avoir de nouvelles serviettes. Avons toutefois été accueilli par un préposé qui parlait un excellent français.

Was very happy to stay here and also come back again. What was bonus that even though was not able to check in when arrived I could leave bags and found a lovely spot to eat across the rd. Bed was ultra comfortable and baths were nice and large for Japanese styles. Very happy

The staff was very helpful when we made a last minute decision to add an extra night. They moved our luggage to a new room while we were exploring.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, beds and pillows were very comfy, it had a little kitchenette with all basics available, washing machine in room, the bathroom was very spacious with a huge bath tub. All in all the best hotel of our Japan trip.

Location is central for the main tourist areas though it is at a busy cross road and not attractive at all. If they have a bar or a restaurant the staff didn't mention it and we didn't find it so i assume they don't have these facilities.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly with us. The room was very large, modern, nice bathroom with a washing machine included in the room which was very convenient for us. The hotel is close to the train station and tram stops making it very easy to get around (about 7-10min walk), the food options were a little limited to what was at the train station as a few restaurants nearby were Japanese only. For a nice hotel that is close to transport this was great for the price, staying closer to the main shopping streets may be better for some travellers as there is a lot to do in Hiroshima, but this worked really well for us and we didn't mind the ease of transport.

Room was clean and bathroom was big and clean. The washing machine in the room was great too. Staff we met was friendly. Public parking lots with decent rates are just across the hotel.

We checked in rather late but the staff in the reception is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean, with kitchen, excellent bathroom with washing machine. Location is great, 5 minutes walking to the Hiroshima Station. And there’s a public parking nearby. Overall, great stay!

Room was very modern and clean. And the hotel is very convenient because it is closed to Hiroshima station. Two blocks away.

The check-in process was fast and the front desk staff was friendly but we could check in at 2pm instead of 3pm if you paid a fee. The convenience store was about 4 minutes walk away and Hiroshima station which is linked to a huge mall is about 6 minutes walk away. The wifi signal was strong and stable and the room was a decent size. There wasn't much space to hang your clothes if there are 3 to 4 of you in the same room. One other thing we didn't like was that though there was a washer, there was no dryer nor a drying function in the shower area. We had to hang our laundry in the balcony but it took longer to dry as it was December so it was cold outside. If you can overlook this aspect of the hotel, then it would be a good place to stay. We were also quite surprised that there were not many foreign tourists in Hiroshima. It is a beautiful city which is also famous for its chicken dishes.

Awesome hotel, super comfortable room and staff was great. My only suggestion would be better pillows
