Clean room and nice staff. Have all the amenities that you need but for laundry. If you want to do laundry then you need to bring or buy detergent. Overall, everything was good.

Loved that the toilet was separate to the shower/laundry, the twin beds were great, the A/C was incredibly life-saving as it was soooo hot when we went! Location was good, lots of dining options in walking distance.

トイレに、1本だけ誰かのアノ毛が落ちてた… 乾燥機が、フィルター掃除して、ってピーピーうるさかった(仲間の2部屋も同じだったみたい)3部屋中3部屋か笑施設自体はキレイだったし良かったチェックインもロッカーに入ってるカギを暗証番号で取り出すだけだし簡単気になった点があと2点替えのゴミ袋は用意が無い？ 4泊したけど、タオルセットは3組…なんで？すぐ近くが繁華街だが、全くうるさく感じなかったコインパも近くにいくつもあるまた、お世話になろうかな〜

キッチンの水道タップから湯が出ないトイレの貯水タンク内部の浮き玉が壊れていて一日中タンクに給水止まらず水の音がうるさく安眠できずエアコンの風向きを作るフラップが壊れていたしかもフィルターの掃除がされていないホコリだらけ

とても綺麗で、見かけた清掃のスタッフさんも対応良かったです。また利用したい！一つだけお願い出来るなら、経年劣化によるものだと思うのですが、換気扇の音がとても気になりました。改善できるといいですね。

普段ホテル等を利用することはないのですが、部屋的には満足できるものでした。しかしながら、ロビーはほぼ無人。チェックインの際も人がおらず、ホテルから送られてきため夏場のロビーは、温度湿度ともに高くて非常に不快でした。

長期滞在でしたがタオルが1セットしかなくて、洗濯用の洗剤も小分けのモノで全日分はなくて困りました。せめて3日以上いる人は2セットは使いたいです。洗剤もちゃんと全日分ほしいです。あと、お風呂の水垢がいたるところにありました。普通に掃除すればとれる汚れだったので、改善されるといいなと思います。
