部屋はジュニアスイートだったので、清潔かつ丁度品も新しく気持ち良かった。　フロントの人も販売店の方も親切でした。　景色も岩木山、海、北海道まで望め、静かで良かったです。食事はビュッフェではなく、フレンチにしました。大正解で美味しかったです。前日は十和田の某pに宿泊しましたが、こちらの方がウエイターさんの質、料理共に上だと思います。皆さん気持ち良い接客で、好感度。

Facility is dated, one of the elevator was inoperative. There are bugs in the room, according to the front desk staff it’s normal during this time of the year. Both breakfast and dinner are good inclusive to the price.

スキーを楽しむために滞在しました。元は西武のプリンスホテルでしたが、何度か売られ今は、シンガポールの会社が運営しているとのことです。建物は古いですが、メンテナンスされて使われていることがわかります。サービスの質が日本のホテルと比較するとあまりよい印象ではありませんでした。例えば、チェックインは厳密に15時にならないとさせてくれません。リフト券は、宿泊者割引などはありません。食事はビッフェスタイルなのにトレーが無く、コーヒーを部屋に持ち帰る紙コップは用意されていません。ホテルだけではなく、ゲレンデのリフトやレストランも同じ感じがします。清潔であり、設備も整っていて一見丁寧にサービスされているように見えるのですが、どことなく冷たく感じ、おもてなしの心が足りない気がしました。

部屋は清潔、温泉も素晴らしかっただけに食事が残念。お盆の、最高値での利用は仕方がないが、それにしてもバイキングの内容が残念。メインの肉は肉の風味が無く、カニは塩味がきつくのちのち喉が乾いた。〆の細めのうどんは歯ぬかりする始末。おかげで朝食のりんごジュースだけは美味く感じた。残念だ。
