I was on the top floor, 5th level. The room was quite and the staff was helpful with getting the room together. It is located next to Torii Station for any Army soldiers needing a temp place to stay upon arrival in Okinawa. Breakfast was OK, typical Japanese breakfast, don't expect bagels and Lox...but is was good none the less

Rock hard beds. Waiting in the lobby for check-in time, when the room was probably ready. Every night the sky bar was unavailable due to a special function. Restaurant had efficient service.

Value wise superb! No where can you get a one bedroom apartment with kitchen for under $100 a night. Not to mention the free breakfast. Room décor a little dated but, value is world class.

The hotel was conveniently located near the home of my relatives.The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too firm for my liking. I didn’t use the jacuzzi in the bathtub because the water was only lukewarm when it came out of the faucet. The buffet breakfast was a nice ‘perk’.

Great location close to restaurants, beaches, and a bar or two. It was very quiet and close to the base I was visiting, the staff didn’t speak much English but they were very helpful and accommodating.

Hotel stay had plus and minus or us. Plus: roomier than other local hotels, great porcelain bath/shower with jet steam options, heated toilet seat. Small balcony. Lawson (grocery store) about 1block away. Minus: right away I noticed a long black hair on my headrest, I have medium length curly hair, I dismissed it since the headboard is carved wood, easy to catch hair on After my nose started to itch, I moved the bed and realized that it was so dusty underneath ;( found a lot of trash, I say a lot because for a place that gets clean almost everyday, that’s unacceptable. We also found someone’s glasses and receipts in the room. No bench to place suitcases Breakfast was good, simple choices. Friendly staff.
