出張で泊まりました。
三宮駅駅から近いのは便利ですが、
新神戸駅からだと少し時間がかかります。
そのため、出張の前泊で使用予定の方は、移動ルートを考えておくことをお勧めします。
お風呂の水圧は少し弱めでした。
部屋についていきなりお風呂に浸かりたい方は、まずは部屋に入り次第お風呂のお湯を張り始めることをお勧めします。

所用でチェックインが夜中になり、「サービス」を評価する機会、材料が少なかったので、満点は差し上げませんでしたが、必要十分の応対をして戴けました。帳場のある一階から、四階より上にある食堂、客室に行き来する昇降機はかなり狭く、これは不便と言えば不便です。部屋は清潔で、ゆっり休めました。wifiも快適です。浴衣の備え付けを改め、必要な宿泊客が帳場脇で受け取り、部屋に行く方式でした。これで不便を感じる客もいるはずですが、私は特に困りませんでした。神戸三宮、三ノ宮にほど近く、用務地への往来にも便利でした。出張での利用ながら、思い出に残る旅になりました。
