This hotel was built in an official palace of Lord Yamanouchi, who was a key influential person for transition from Edo era to modern Japan, Meiji. We thus expected a nice Hotel, but disappointed by construction of a new building, which would not match with the history. Hot springs were not working due to some problem. Breakfast was a disapointment also.

入口の門や敷地内の庭園など風情があり天然温泉♨️、露天風呂も静かで気持ち良く過ごせた。
ただ部屋のバスルーム内が少し臭くバス用カーテンが生臭かった。クリーニングや脱臭をした方が良い。
