Hotel staff were amazing!! They were so helpful, friendly and professional. Hotel location was great! There is a convenience store (Lawson) next door, delicious local food restaurant on the 1st floor, bento shop (hotto motto) and a bank are a few doors down. There is a bus stop and taxi stop in front of the hotel. The location is close to Fukuoka tower and Marizon beach. A bit of walk from Subway station. But since there is bus line in front of the hotel, it is not much issue. I had 2 issues. 1. Bathroom is tiny. It is a combo of shower/bathtub and toilet. I used lobby toilet uite a bit since it is very spacious..lol 2. AC temp was controlled by hotel and it was set high. I was there in mid May but i wish it was set a bit lower.

Excellent staff gave special attention to help with connecting with WIFI, using a language translator by phone; and English speaking staff later helped with locating concert tickets nearby. Room had a great view, deep tub and bidet and was very quiet. Modern attractive hotel in excellent location 2 blocks from Momochi Seaside Park and Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome; pleasant walk from Nishijin subway stop from airport. Spent 3 nights there and will stay again.

Location is very good to reach out Fukuoka Tower, Yahoo Dom as well as Momochi beach. Space for 3 guests is not enough & Bath room size is the smallest one I ever stayed in Japan.
