SF Heights

The room was clean, bed were super comfortable, once you got hang of the ac it gives the perfect heat, water pressure and hot water was great, stove made a little noise when in use. Loved the extra mini pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect it was in the middle of everything of what we wanted to do in Japan. Also love all the restaurants all around and the family mart and 7 eleven is just around the corner. The train station is only about 4 5-8 min depending on which station you take which was great. We were definitely leaving late a couple times cuz we slept so good. The WiFi is okay slow at times. The washer and dryer is coin operated which is okay. The washing powder was rlly nice and it cleaned our clothes and left them softer. The dryer is best with non-thick clothes, it dryers the little stuff quick but stuff like jeans and hoodies need to be taken out and put back in once the lighter stuff is done.

Finding the spot was a bit tricky and I had to call to get the password for the door but overall the room was clean and spacious and a great price and is located around a lot of restaurants and 3 min away from the train station

It’s a great location, easy access from the Yamanote line. Great shower with amazing water pressure. Lots of plugs with each bed for charging.

The surrounding were fun and safe. This property is hard to find, better directions should accompany details. It was easy to enter with the code. Having luggage was difficult to get up the stairs. Also, the laundry was not free, there was a charge, so take some change.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here during a quick two day trip to Tokyo. We found the area to have great restaurants and the grocery store was located nearby. There was a helpful map and instructions on lights, air conditioning and the area which was super convenient. The place itself is very small but we knew that when we made the booking. I'd stay here again for sure.

Overall, this place was good. The location is what really made it good. The apartment itself was dirty. There was a lot of dust, it looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while, and it looked like the bare minimum was done for cleaning. It would be nice if it was detailed cleaned after each stay. The communication was not good. They made it required to call on the phone in order to get any information about how to check into the hotel. Since it is unmanned, you need a code to enter the room. I had to use my personal phone abroad, which costs money for each minute, in order to get the check in instructions emailed to me. Why not just email it to me in the first place? Also, on the phone, communication was done entirely in Japanese. I feel sorry for those who cannot speak any Japanese trying to communicate. Again, the best part about this stay was the location. But communication and cleanliness could use a lot of improvement.

入室の仕方が分からなく、担当の方に連絡させていただきましたが、丁寧に教えていただきました。 部屋も私は快適に過ごせました。 周辺にお店が結構あるので、ご飯屋やコンビニには困らないかと思います。

清掃があまり良くなく、清掃が出来ておれば、素晴らしいと思う。

位在小巷內的大樓，不太好找，內部寬敞，附近生活機能方便

繁華街の中にあるのにとても静かだった。 夜、眠るだけなのでただも快適に過ごせました。 飲食店、コンビニが近くにあるので特に不便もなく、ただシャワーの水圧が弱かったのが 気になります

子連れで利用しました。清潔で過ごしやすかったです。洗面所に手洗い石鹸が備えてあればなお良かったです。周辺は繁華街で、大人であればご飯には困らなそうでした。そして、その割に静かでした。エレベータはないので、荷物を運ぶのは少し大変でした。この辺りの用があるときはまた利用したいです。

駅からわかりやすく コンビニも近い 飲食も飲み屋街だったので困らなかった。 泊まる部屋が三階で、階段だったので キャリーケースを持って上がるのには大変だった。 部屋も全ての物が揃っていて よかった。 また利用させてもらいた。

子ども連れですが過ごしやすくて良かったです。

駅からも近く、お店もたくさんあります。部屋も綺麗でした。2泊だったのでタオルが2泊分あると助かります。バスタオル、フェイスタオル予備があると嬉しい、洗濯機は備えついてますが、遊び倒して帰って洗濯するのはすこししんどかったです。

ゆっくりできました

トイレ故障時即対応で感謝。 浴室に椅子があるといい。

交通の便もよく、食事するところにも困らないので、拠点にするにはもってこいな場所でした。
