Very comfortable room in a quieter but well-connected area of Tokyo. Easy to reach from Haneda airport via monorail then 5 min taxi ride (~$3 fare). Walked to the Tokyo Tower at night to work off some jet lag and we felt very safe in the area. Steps away from all 3 konbini stores! 5 min walk to the Onarimon Station for quick access to the subway system. Great western and eastern style breakfast. Many Westerners seem to stay here so staff English is excellent.

Wonderful and peaceful- excellent location only 15 minutes walk from Shinbashi a fun area with loads of izakayas - local pubs and food. The staff is sweet and helpful, the hotel has a green policy with hardly any plastic products. Fantastic breakfast and snacks throughout the day in the lobby

Loved the hotel. Staff was first rate. I chose this hotel for airport access and it delivered. Airport was minutes away by taxi. Its not a good hotel for tourism so keep that in mind. Shiba Park is a business district

Fantastic and quiet location, a short walk to several subway station lines, and close to the Tokyo Tower. Easy to get to from Haneda airport to because you hop on the monorail at the airport and there is a direct express train to the JR station close to the hotel (about 8 min walk). Property was very clean, staff was helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed including comfortable beds and toiletries. A bonus was that there are both a Family Mart and 7-11 within the same block!

Really liked the hotel decor, quiet area, really easy to walk to main streets or a station to get you where you need to be. Pleasant just to explore the area. Rooms were clean, tidy and just what we needed for family of four. Laundry was offered, but fairly busy and needed to do laundry at odd times. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a terrific hotel by any measure, but we were particularly delighted as newcomers and first time visitors to Japan. Although conveniently located, the hotel is on a very quiet street. The staff are very friendly and warm and delightfully attentive. The breakfast is generous and offers a wide selection. There are lots of common rooms located throughout the hotel, for those who are recovering from jet lag and awake at odd hours. We loved it here and we will be sure to come back again.

Everything was great apart from the laundry facilities. The dry cycle does not work so you are left with lots of damp clothes and it takes about 3 hrs a load. Must add that staff is excellent! Akimoto especially was so helpful with our luggage transfer issues and went to the extent to offer storage at the hotel to help us.
