Right in the heart of shibuya super accessible to everything. Got a room with a double bed and was surprised how big it was after hearing how small rooms are in Tokyo. Had lots of space for two people.

The room was spacious for 2 of us. The twin beds were big enough to call ‘full’ there were 2 chaos and a sofa which was helpful. Closets are non existent in most hotels, but the hat stand had 6 hangers and we made do fine for 5 nights. Centrally located to subway station and lots of cafes and stores in the busy area. No problem with noise on the 7th floor. My only minus rating would be staff do not greet you. At least a hello or acknowledgment when they’re not busy.

honestly one of my favorite hotels i’ve stayed in while in japan. we loved it so much we ended up staying by twice! if you plan on going out and partying in shibuya this is the PERFECT hotel! the whole street has clubs and bars and it’s always full of life! it’s great until you’re on a lower floor and trying to sleep. sometimes that’s all you will hear at night if you’re closer to the bottom. the rooms are a great size as well! you tend to get a lot more floor space than competitors.

Room was very small even for Tokyo especially for the price. The bathroom is completely windows right next to the bed offering little to no privacy when traveling with others. The room was very hot and the window open made it very loud.

This hotel is a little far from the station (about a 10 minute walk), which is fine when you're not hauling luggage with you. The room was perfectly adequate, but they do seem to use a lot of air freshener in the hallways (to the point that it was a little suffocating). Most of the staff are not Japanese, but they speak English! Otherwise, it's located in a great area of Shibuya with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and konbini near by!

The staff was really helpful. Kept everything clean. This was perfect walking distance from lots of great food, breweries, shopping shoppes, and the train station. Everything was super easy. I will book again in a couple of weeks.
