Great, clean, no frills hotel. We enjoyed our stay in a 2 Twins room comfortably. Great location with a Family Mart next door and so many restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to the Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing. The front desk was extremely helpful with taxi service. Would stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to train stations and incredible shopping and restaurants.
The rooms are a bit small but 3 adults fit fine. Had to maneuver luggage and shopping bags but we made it work.

Room was dirty and extremely small, despite reserving the triple room for the three of us. Bath was very uncomfortable; however, water pressure was good.
Could not wait to leave and an awful way to start our holiday.
I don’t how or who rated the hotel, but by today’s standards, it is a maximum 2 stars.
