Shin-Osaka Station Hotel

Large room, good breakfast, convenient location, warm service, and friendly front desk. Very quiet. Impressive.

We sleep on firm mattress in USA, after 12 days in Japan I thought I knew what the firm spectrum was...sadly this hotels beds are so hard you are sore both nights from bed and pillow. Yikes is it impossible to enjoy this much pain from a bed. Pretty hotel lobby, room is spacious. If you like rigid sleeping situations, this place will knock your socks off. Sad because rest of the location is good and quiet despite nearby shin-Osaka station with planes overhead, can't hear that but the beds...

Clean room and very friendly staff. Our luggages were shipped from Kyoto to Osaka and the luggages were waiting in our room upon arrival. Easy access to the station. Being so close to the tracks, it wasn't as loud as we thought it'd be when the trains passed by. Would return next time (:

Great option for the overnight stay next to Shin-Osaka station.

The train and airplane noise bothered me. The room is clean. The location is convenient. Breakfast, normal. Service is good.

The hotel is nestled behind the Live Maxx hotel and has 3 separate buildings: The Classico (where guests check in), Treno and Fiore. We were in the Fiore building and our larger room which paid for with twin beds, was simply wonderful. A minimalistic design, but clean, elegant and provided the comfort you need to rest after a long day of sightseeing & touring around Osaka! Their daily breakfast which comes with the hotel booking was also excellent! No need to go out to fend for food early in the morning! The staff too, from the front desk (always so polite!) to the staff at morning breakfast were always so respectful and polite! How can you not love coming to Japan? We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed Osaka even more so! Oh, and this hotel is very walkable, around 4-5 mins from the Shin-Osaka station. Remember to take the East exit as this station is big. There is a small elevator that you can use especially with luggage. Once on the street level, cross the street and go left until you see the Live Maxx hotel, and the Shin Osaka Station Hotel is right beyond it. We will definitely stay here again should we find our way back to Osaka!

near to train station

We went to see the Expo25 and also were working in the evening. The room was spacious although. It would have been nice to have had a second chair in the room as there were essentially 2 desks. The staff were excellent and very helpful and kind.

In summary, this hotel was better than what I could have ever expected in Japan. Very nice staff. Spacious rooms. Close to train station. Very clean. Affordable laundry services. I would definitely recommend this place.

A small but earnest hotel with excellent staff, better than average room size for a hotel in a Japanese city, and quality effort in all they do.

Shin-Osaka Station Hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and was within walking distance to the main train station which helped for our side trips to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, Himeji, and Hiroshima!

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned. Since we only stayed for one day, we didn't use much of the facility.

Great location.

Property is new renovated. Room is simple decorated but clean, light color. The staff was wonderful, very accomodated. Included continental breakfast with fresh cooked egg everyday. Downsize : you could hear the train until about midnight.

This was a great location, just a few minutes from the train station. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was delicious. What I found interesting was the separate space for single women travelers. Very cool! Laundry facilities were also available, which we took advantage of. If I were to go back to Osaka, I'd definitely plan to stay here again.
