Great stay at Shinjuku Prince, staff were friendly and pleasant, accommodating to requests as well. Room is considered average in terms of size of Tokyo hotel rooms, but equipped with the necessary facilities.

Very good location Can shop in the building. Floor 5. GU, 7th Floor, MUJI and in the center of the shopping area. It's near Donkey but Donkey's stuff is more expensive than some shops. Hotel service is very good. Leave the bag before-after IN OUT, the bedroom fits the space enough to pack the bag, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner of POLA. Ramen opposite the hotel is delicious and not expensive.

Good clean hotel near Donkey shop. The front of the hotel has a variety of restaurants, there are 7-11 luggage. And when it rains, ask for free umbrellas. The bathroom has a hot tub to soak.

Room was clean, and you can control the lights from the bedframe. No wait time for the elevators which was nice, especially as this was a high traffic area of Shinjuku. Staff were always kind and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay for a first time Japan visit.

Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and our room had a beautiful view. The biggest highlight is the unbeatable location—right in the heart of Shinjuku. The train station is just steps away, with McDonald’s, convenience stores, countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all around. Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane), Kabukicho, Don Quijote, and major department stores are all within a short walk. It made exploring Tokyo incredibly easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and comfortable place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a very wide variety of choices. If it's raining and you don't have an umbrella, they have some available to borrow. The only inconvenience is the language barrier with some staff. They really do try to accommodate. The train station can be reached from a lower floor, and so much is within walking distance if the hotel. You also get a good view of the Godzilla head.

1. You can’t adjust room ac temperature independently. And they lock it at 26C, in summer mind you. Absolutely unacceptable when some nights are over $200usd for one person. 2. No in building laundry machines. Zero. You need to carry your dirty clothes and walk 10 mins in some of the worst area in the whole Japan to reach a tiny coin laundromat. And pray there’s unoccupied washing and drying machine. 3. They can call taxi for you. They claimed flat fee to HND of 8300 yen. In the end got charge over 10kyen by the driver. Not gonna stay here ever again despite the few pros others might have mentioned. Stayed in so many hotels in Japan. This one sure left a bad impression. Entry level clerks and housekeepers are great as usual. It’s always the management and higher up with their cost saving bs ruining it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Shinjuku Prince Hotel. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The three beds were large and very comfortable, and the room size exceeded our expectations, especially for Tokyo. The location is perfect, with easy access to Shinjuku Station, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The views of the city were amazing, and the hotel made exploring Tokyo so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

I liked the hotel. Very luxurious. The rooms are a little small a like most of Tokyo - but they are as advertised, so please do your research. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Ice is readily available, they have a bar, and several other amenities.

Super close to the hype of Kabuchiko and Godzilla. Easy walking distance to the train station if you know which exit to get in and out off otherwise it will be a challenge. Room is perfect, small but decent enough to use just to sleep since there’s lots of things going around the area, our room is overlooking the Godzilla head its nice.

This hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel as advertised, we got the feeling it was a cruise ship room from a dated ship well past its prime. Go for a newer APA hotel for an equal room and bathroom size but for half the price.
