1.入口必須要爬樓梯，但剛好遇到飯店人員從停車場走出，主動幫忙我將行李提進飯店 2.飯店WiFi超弱，會一直斷線，第二天早上出門寄放鑰匙時跟櫃台反應，櫃台說可提供小型WiFi機在飯店內使用，外出回來後就拿到了 3.離開飯店並領取寄放行李時，因手上東西多，因而拜託飯店人員將行李搬下樓，飯店人員也是二話不說直接幫忙

혼자 여행하며 후쿠오카와 근교 소도시 다자이후 등 다녀보기 위해 숙소를 찾던 중 위치, 접근성, 가성비에 딱 맞는 숙소가 스카이하트 호텔이었습니다. 프런트에 한국인 분도 계셔서 수월하게 체크인과 여러 안내를 쉽게 받을 수 있었습니다. 프런트 옆에는 무료로 가져갈 수 있는 어메니티가 있고 프런트 옆과 3층 엘리베이터 앞에는 전자레인지가 있으며 각 층마다 자판기가 있습니다. 1층에는 코인세탁기가 있으며 2층에는 조식을 드실 수 있는 식당이 있습니다. 방은 나쁘지는 않았으나 침대 이불이 조금 눅눅하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 화장실은 일본 특유의 그 좁은 느낌이 있으나 1인이 사용하기엔 불편함은 없었으며 온수 냉수가 속도감(?)있게 잘 나옵니다. 화장실 안에는 샴푸, 바디샴푸, 컨디셔너가 갖춰져 있고 수건도 크기별로 1개씩 있으며 추가사용시 100엔을 지불하시고 프런트에서 받아오시면 됩니다. 접근성은 기온역 3번, 5번 출구에서 걸어서 5분정도이며 구시다진자마에역에서 내려서 걸어가도 비슷한 거리입니다. 특히 구시다진자마에역과 가깝다면 나카스강과도 가깝고, 캐널시티, 나카스강포장마차거리와 걸어서도 이동할 수 있습니다. 당연히 카와바타상점가거리와도 가깝고 근처에 맛집이 많이 있습니다. 개인적으로는 추성훈 아조씨 채널에 나왔던 나카하마 기온역 넘버원 라멘집이 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았구요. 도조치, 쇼호쿠지랑도 가까워요. 바로 기온역 옆에 있기 때문이지요. 호텔기준 하카역과 텐진역과도 그냥 지하철로 1~2정거장씩 이동하면 되기 때문에 접근성이 아주 좋습니다. 한국인직원 외에 다른 직원분들도 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사합니다. 또 방문할 의사가 있습니다. 그때엔 친구들과 함께 방문하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

Great place to stay to explore Fukuoka/Hakata. The place is very close to the Gion subway station. Room was clean, basic, and affordable. Free breakfast with western and Japanese food. The only downside was that the room keys are a little cumbersome being attached to what I can only describe as a 5 inch long plastic rod.

A pleasing, comfortable, no frills hotel located 10 minutes walk from the main shinkansen railway station (Hakata). Room was a little on the small side but this wasn't a problem as we were travelling light at this point. A good place to explore the main city of Hakata from (Canal City and the main entertainment district was just a few minutes walk away). Get your bearings early on, as the hotel is slightly tucked away down a side street and can be hard to find after a "night out"! Breakfast was included in the room price, and was reasonable enough although if you're expecting the full sausage / egg / bacon deal, you might be disappointed. Staff were pleasant - but we found that everyone in Japan was highly respectful especially in the service industries. Would recommend for those just wanting somewhere acceptable on a budget.

喫煙ルームの匂いは気になりました。清掃の際は消臭スプレーなどされているのでしょうか？それ以上に喫煙者が多いのでしょうか？私は喫煙者なので、タバコが吸える部屋でよかったです。
