Great resting base for our family of 4 enjoy our few days in Osaka - thank you!

A convenient apartment for a few days away from the usual hotel rooms. However, the place looks a little tired and not the cleanest. Somehow we were expecting something much better for the money. Check-in and out were very easy.

나름 편안한 침대였고 넓었어요.다만 위치가 난바,도톤보리,지하철역에서 거리가 있어서 그것만 불편했답니다.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 university age children. Well equipped apartment within walking distance to Dotonbori area. Grocery store and 7-11 very close and easy access to metro. My daughter and I slept in the bed. Pull out couch not super comfortable for my son so maybe a better option for 2 people sharing a bed or a family with smaller children. Fun to do laundry and experience the drying “room”!

Really perfect! Clean, three beds prepared, amenities, kitchen, … really feeling like home!!

Overall, our stay was good; the place was very spacious, and it had all the services we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also quite central, making it easy to access all the tourist spots. However, we were disappointed with the third bed—the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We've stayed in other places with sofa beds before, but this one was particularly bad for unwinding after our busy days.

快適でした。 駅からも遠すぎず、近くにもドラッグストアやスーパーなどあるので便利でしたし、家もキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 不満をあげるとすれば、浴室の排水溝に付いていた網ネットが水を溜めてしまい流れが悪かったです。あと、台所のスポンジが見当たりませんでした。 ですが、それでも快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Great Stay. No personnel on property. Manageable with instructions sent via expedia and email. Make sure you arrive after check in time and leave exactly at agreed check out as there are no area to leave belongings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Skyliving Namba in Osaka! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It’s walking distance to supermarket and metro stations made exploring Osaka effortless. It’s efficient and hassle-free entry to the building.

This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend.

The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not able to get extra pillows as this is a "self-check-in" hotel and no staff available... The metro is an 8 min walk so it was always a couple mins more to just walk to Dotonbori (20mins) which was a bit tiring, but not worth taking the metro for one step Also, because it's a self-check-in the hotel, you have to submit your passport info online before you arrive at the hotel, which is a very simple process.

It's generally good for the price. I plan to use it again next time

Overall ok, except for the strange neighbor next door who kept on knocking on the door. No one was available after 11pm. The owner/management replied in the morning about how to handle the issue. Train station about 15-17 minutes away, which was not so bad, but if you don’t like walking in the summer heat, I do not recommend. However there’s always uber or taxi!

Lovely apartment for our stay! Great location, walkable, and quiet at night/early morning. Would definitely go back there!

Great proximity to the Namba Yasaka Shrine as well as the subway. If you don't mind a little extra walking, you can also get to Dotonbori by foot.

the place is nice, spacious and lots of amenities. its just the communication can sound a bit demanding and less courteous at times. maybe the language barrier
