SMA MO inn Chitose

Compact yet spacious, this functional, clean, and comfortable cabin features a beautiful wooden-frame design. It is about 30 minutes from Sapporo Station by JR train, and a taxi ride to New Chitose International Airport costs around ¥2,400. We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the service and facilities.

The property was less than a year old, so it was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located as it is a short drive from CTS Airport, and is convenient for those who do not plan to spend multiple days in the Sapporo City Center. We appreciated that most of the rooms are away from the main road, and that each room has an assigned parking spot. SMA MO Inn Chitose provided great value as it was spacious by Japanese standards. We would stay there again for future visits to Hokkaido.

Really just a cabin in a cabin park. Very new. Check a bit of an ordeal but ok in the end. A couple of kms to dining in town .

Clean, right next to a bus stop, and easy to access. Easy to check in and check out. Wonderful place to stay!

The room was very clean and specious. The quality of the online checki-in call was not good. Communication was dofficult. There were no playes bowls or cutlery provided. Only some cups. The location is conveniently close to the airport and quiet at night.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a large room that is close enough to the Chitose Airport! We missed our flight since all trains were closed for half day due to snowstorm and decided to move closer towards the airport from Sapporo Station - highly recommend to do so if you're going in the snowy seasons as the next day we were able to take bus to the airport but our friends in Sapporo said the JR station was paaaaacked! Anyway, self-check in kiosk was easy for us in English as long as you fill out the form in advance on your phone (including uploading passport photos). We had to help the people head of us via google translate since the kiosk didn't offer Korean as a language and they did not pre-fill out the form. I recommend to take a photo of the site map in the check-in room to help you navigate to your room by yourself! Also, take a photo of the code that shows up at the end of the check-in process - it will be your passkey to enter your room! The room was amazing and the heaters work well in the snowy season. It was great to have a washer/dryer unit in our room but we had to walk to a conbini to buy detergent so we recommend bringing it in advance! Very clean and spacious area. We noticed the site was across from a separately owned onsen but didn't utilize it. It's located in a remote area so we walked 17 mins to dinner and saw several conbinis along the way. Great location for what we needed (closer to airport).

Very clean, new rooms that smell of fresh timber. Lovely. Good facilities, easy check in & out. Convenient location & had a nice local onsen a short walk away. Small kitchenette but could do with some cuttlery & bowls.

Very clean very warm with great bedding. Nakagawa was great in helping me when my hire car broke down.

The place was excellent. 4 adults easily fitted I Close to airport but very quiet. Very spacious but warm (it was snowing heavily outside). Easy check in. Would benefit from a few more implements in the kitchen (bowls, spoons, saucepan and a coffee pot would have been a great addition), but given the price, paying for breakfast the following day still made this place excellent value for money. Will stay here next time. Highly recommended

Clean nice room

チェックインの時　電波が悪い 全員の顔を見てチェックイン 寝てる子を起こしてチェックインしました。 事前に知りたかったです。 シャンプーは、ギシギシタイプ ですが、設備やお値段は、最高でした！！ また、利用したいですし、こんないえが欲しいなって思いました。

駅から遠い

コンパクトながらも清潔な客室で、グループでの滞在にはもってこいだと思います。冬の北海道で寒さが心配でしたが暖房設備もしっかりとしており、とてもよかったです。

とても綺麗。 利用客の方にも、今後とも綺麗に使って欲しいと思った。 駐車場付きが嬉しい。 チェックイン、チェックアウトが手際よくできた。 空港からも近いし、施設近くに温泉施設やコンビニもあり、申し分ない。 また利用します。

とても綺麗でよかったです！ お手洗いのドアが少し隙間があり外から覗けちゃうので落ち着かない感じでしたが笑 その他は大満足です！

駐車場が部屋の目の前で近く荷物が運びやすかったです！洗濯乾燥機もついており寝室も２つあるので2家族でもとても過ごしやすかったです。

室内、寝具等も綺麗で必要最低限の設備が整っていた。
