hotel was easy to book online for a last minute stay. 10 minute drive to NGO airport. train station is abiut a 3 min walk away with a food market, restaurants and mini shopping. taxi availability right outside train station w/ bus shuttle options

What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed.
The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms.

I love the location of the property. It is very close to the train station and local restaurants. I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: safes in every room, and a resumption of daily housekeeping. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Family with two kids in elementary and a one year old staying in a triple room. The room was great. The size of the room was fine for 5 people. Breakfast was ok. The are fit us well. Only downside was that it is quite far from Nagoya. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the american Diner and Aeon mall. At the mall there is a lot of activities for kids. Another good thing was that there is a convenience store just across the street from the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the public bath in the basement was the perfect place to unwind and relax. When we arrived, the staff had also set up a comfy crib for our 3month old baby. The proximity of the hotel to the train station make it a very convenient location.
