Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi. Breafast was delicious and healthy. 8 pm Ramen snack was much appreciated as well as complimentary welcome drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. Family Mart is just across the street from the hotel. Everything is convenient and easy.

Very good location, free bus to downtown is amazing and really helpful instead of driving by car. Onsen experience is awesome,too.

Great shuttle service in and out of the main town directly opposite the train station, friendly staff and options for luggage storage. Breakfast selection was good with complimentary welcome drinks and evening noodles. Onsen facilities were really relaxing and well maintained, overall a great stay experience with provisions for every possible need.

This place is a hidden gem in Takayama. Their free shuttle bus service will take you to the hotel and the station back and forth (15 mins ride). The room was nice, staff super nice, the breakfast is super wonderful and they even gave us some free drink (beer or juice) and free snack (small ramen or ice cream) in the evening! Their SPA bath was very nice and provides such tranquillity in the outdoor bath overlooking the river!! We fell in love!!
