琵琶湖の近くで落ち着いたホテルに滞在できリフレッシュ出来ました。お部屋が広く、アメニティやお茶セットなども充実していました。朝食は定食形式でしたが、全て美味しく、又、スタッフの方の気遣いも細やかで、気持ちよく頂けました。お風呂もゆったり使えて良かったです。また近くに行く時は滞在したいです。ありがとうございました。

17時にチェックインした時には、他で食べれるお店があと30分で閉まるという時に、ホテルで出しているお弁当に救われました。
お醤油が足りなかったのでお願いをしましたが、とても感じの良い対応でした。ありがとうございました。お陰様でより美味しくいただけました。
ベッドサイドには、今どき珍しい目覚ましタイマーがついたものがありましたが、前の宿泊客がセットしたものが残っていて、6時ごろかなりの音量で鳴り、びっくりして飛び起きました。
どこを押したら止まるのかがわかりませんでしたが、しばらくして自然に止まりました。
宿泊客同士、気をつけたいところかもしれませんね。

當天下午check in 後，詢問有關接駁車的安排，在網上了解到酒店提供接送服務時間為下午六時前，因此亦有向職員覆實時間，當天他們有答覆說可以彈性安排，故此我地預晚上七點到車站接送我們，職員有明確表示答應，但最終失約。
另外，膳食費用偏高，低CP值。
最後，我們退房時間遲了一小時，然後被收延誤費用，我們有付款，但此體驗十分差，在此之前幾間的住宿，有少許延誤亦沒有額外收費。
房間地毯有明顯污垢。

遅い時間ということもあるが、大浴場が広く露天風呂とサウナもあり、ゆったりできた。
朝食は和食で品数が多く、一人分をコンロで温めるおみそ汁は珍しい。味も良し。
朝食時はおばちゃんスタッフ達がテキパキしていて、好印象だった。
リゾート地であり車がないと行きづらいが、車で送迎してくれるので、電車利用者でも心配無し。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で、なかなか良いホテルだった。

設備はある程度整っており良かったです。スタッフの方もとても愛想がよく、全体的に好印象。ただ、駅から遠いところとホテルまでの道中が言い方が悪いが少し廃れているため、夜間は非常に恐怖を感じた。
