The hotel is located in an embassy area, which we found to be very quiet and safe. Our room was spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms. The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience.
Every morning, there were two breakfast options offered, both of which were delicious and visually appealing. We truly had a wonderful stay at The Okura.

Great property with amazing views from the rooms. We were able to see Mt. Fuji during the mornings. Big and clean rooms with best amenities.
This property is around consulates and government offices so it is very safe but very formal and you have to take a cab for 10 mins for tourist attractions. There were many tourists with young kids too. Tokyo station is 10 mins by cab so when you are going to Kyoto via Shinkansen this hotel is very convenient.
It is very easy to get a cab and the staff at the hotel is amazingly helpful and humble.
Food options are also great at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Tokyo vacation.

The okura Tokyo is wonderful, our stay was more than perfect, everyone is extremely nice and the rooms are super comfy. The only area of improvement is room service food, besides that that I would come back every single time. Highly recommend this hotel.

The most glorious hotel. Everything aspect of our stay was tremendous and worth every penny. We had a Heritage Suite. Expect pyjamas, pillow origami at turn-down, more towels and toiletries than you could use, fantastic and attentive staff. Room was 63sq meters - so a good size and we had complementary access to the members bar on the lobby floor. Note, dining options are very formal - we are in the skylight bar on the very top floor for amazing views, fabulous service and more relaxed dining.

We had a first class stay in the Okura, a truly special hotel. We had the pleasure of staying in the Heritage Wing.
