The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

First time traveling to Osaka , Japan with my son great location right next to transportation . we were able to save money on commuting by navigating their train system . the rooms were a big small , however cozy . staff were helpful and great with they are only very strict at check in if you take a morning flight the checking is exactly at 3 pm . breakfast was buffet style from 6:30 -‘ - 10 am which was great clean and delicious food . If you traveling with kids deff recommend .

Spent two nights. Parking wasn't bad on a Thursday night (we even checked in late) but will fill up on weekends. Staff was very polite and helpful. Most spoke english as well. Even during late hours, they were able to accommodate a few requests. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it but I recommend going from open to 8ish. After that it starts to get crowded. For the price and location, this hotel was GREAT and we will be booking again in the future when we return.

Close to train station. Convenient store attached to the hotel was such a treat. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Amenities were awesome. Pajamas were provided as well slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, etc. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel stay was perfect. Location is obviously unbeatable, room was clean, view was spectacular. We enjoyed the layout of the beds. Was the best hotel breakfast of any of our Japan hotels.

Outstanding hotel and location. Best option for universal, but also exploring Osaka with the station round the corner.

I can't believe how cheap this hotel was for what we got. Literally steps away from the front gates of Universal Studios made it so convenient for our 1.5 day park visit. The room was very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower was the best I've ever used in my life. I would definitely stay here again for another USJ trip.

Overall the hotel was good. everything was clean, location was great. Only thing I would say could use an improvement on is the comfort of the beds, felt a bit lumpy to me.

Modern design with super clean room. Location to USJ is right on the doorstep. Located on city walk, there’s plenty of dining and shopping.

Quick and responsive and very respectful

Really good hotel, stayed on 28th floor and had a great view. Right on City Walk for Universal Studios so excellent location and just a few steps from public transport. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and food quality was great.

Wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff! We will definitely stay here again if we visit USJ again. Just a couple of 'negatvies' before I move onto the positives: We were staying at one of the premium rooms. The room itself was dated and there were old stains and scratches on the walls. For the price we paid ($500 CAD per night), I expected the room conditions to be better. However, I will still recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Service: The team here is truly wonderful. They assisted us with everything, from luggage forwarding to taxi ordering. They were genuinely caring and very patient, in spite of some laugage barriers. Breakfast: There was always a line for the breakfast but the variety and quality is excellent. Location: Excellent!!! Laundry: Having a machine on every floor really helps! Thank you for the concerige team at the hotel. You guys made our trip so much smoother.
