Very nice hotel. Spacious room, really close to USJ and JR station. The atmosphere was great and the staffs were very helpful & friendly. Satisfied.

Stayed here several times as a couple but this time as a family. Room was worn and beds were hard and springy. I'm assuming because we have a toddler we were assigned to this room. It looked very downgraded in terms of the sink area and sleeping space compared to when we had a double or king size bed room. Felt claustrophobic too. Service upon check in was nice and friendly but the room left room to be desired.

Fantastic hotel at the doorsteps of universal ! Couldn’t have asked for a better location after a long day with a 4 year old and 1 year old. We brought a wagon for 2 kids and everybody was amazed at that which helped tremendously. The hotel room was very well equipped, beds are comfortable and depending on where your room is located , you’ll have a great view of the city or the park. The breakfast was busy as expected with a short wait but they had a bit of everything, we arrived around 11 am and the hotel was just outside the train station , they held our luggage while we enjoyed the park and came back to our luggage already in the room. Really beautiful hotel and worth every penny.

Great hotel right outside the gates to Universal. The food court and some shops are literally across the street from the hotel and the train station is a 2 minute walk.
Food at the hotel was great. Lots of choice and options available.
Room was spacious and clean.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if visiting Universal again.

Wonderful hotel right next to the entrance of Universal Japan. Very smooth check in and staff very helpful even accompanying us to our room to explain how things worked . Washing machine on our floor which you download an app and will be informed when the washing is finished . Breakfast had plenty of Japanese choices but not much English choice , but we are in Japan so this is acceptable.My only gripe was that on our booking it stated we would get a welcome gift which we never received .

Excellent location especially when planning to go to Universal City early. Excellent breakfast. Excellent views from the room. Mattress and pillows are firm. Customer service great and helpful. Close to restaurants. Easy access to train station which makes travel around Osaka and Nara easy. 2 minute walk to Universal City.

Highly recommend the Park Front Hotel if planning on going to Universal Japan! Located in City Walk Universal Japan and at the front gate of entering Universal Japan. Train stop is directly at Universal City Walk. Walk out of the train and you are there! Location couldn’t get any better! Lots of restaurants and stores and the famous Japanese konbinis at Universal City Walk Japan. Park Front Hotel location is excellent in the heart of all Universal Japan has to offer. The Park Front Hotel’s buffet breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend the Park Front Hotel!

Property was amazing, stunning upon walking in we were blown away with both the exterior and the interior. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us when asked felt very welcomed. They even held our luggage till early evening we are just about to collect it actually 😃would 100 per cent recommend this hotel

As we were visiting Universal Studios, this hotel was just perfect as it sits a few steps away from the park entrance. With all the dining and shopping options of CityWalk just outside and the beautiful decor, luxurious rooms, and friendly and courteous staff, it was a wonderful experience and we will hopefully stay there again when we return to Osaka.
