A beautiful modern hotel with a stunning entrance lobby. Service was excellent and the room was well appointed, though a bit cramped. A wash/dry laundry machine inside the room was a nice surprise. Overall great hotel although in a slightly dead area away from the train station.

The property was kept clean the staff were very attentive. Unfortunately we were given incorrect information by the staff about the luggage pick up. This result is having to spend time taking our luggage to the station rather than using the luggage deliivery service.
The hotel is about 15 mins away from Nagoya station but there is a bus put on by the hotel which is free

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel! What a gorgeous gem of a property in Japan. I stayed at many other hotels during our trip and this one was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had the service to match its luxury styling which is the most important part. I managed hotels for years as well as travel often with lots of luxury travel thus honestly I’m hard to impress and this hotel did. The lounge and resturants have such a calming, enjoyable, fine experience. The room and the beds were the most comfortable of the trip, and care was clearly taken by all staff to provide a great service. I was very impressed.

Fraudulent booking was made using my credit card. The hotel was alerted within the hour. No refund given (it was a no cancellation booking). I explained the situation however, they still let the fraudsters check in, stay 2 nights and check out. Apauling. They should have asked for I.D and then turned them away…
