The property is great, the staffs were nice. Location is A+, less than 5 minutes from the bus and train station. The breakfast was excellent. The only down side is that the rooms were very tiny and tight. We loved it

I always stay at Tobu Levant because of the convenient location, airport limousine bus access, and the nice property. The hotel staffs and amenities are great and helpful. The only concern is that some foreign tourists are noisy in the hallways and the facilities are starting to wear out.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. I was worried initially that I didn't book in Shibuya or Shinjuku, but I was so happy to find out that the hotel is 4 min walk from Sobu and Honzumon line. It's also right next to a lot of great restraunts, a laundromat (5 min walk), a beautiful park with a mini shrine, as well as lots of shopping options. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and provided water. The hotel bed is VERY comfortable. The room has a water kettle and a mini fridge. The city view from the 20th floor was amazing, stretching all the way to Yokokama Eye lit up at night. The breakfast buffet had an omelette station and lots of good protein options ( bacon , sausage, mackerel, sardines). I would definitely recommend this hotel to a first time Traveller.

Free shuttle to Disney and has airport limousine bus stop. Near to station and easy to travel around

Perfect as always. It is my go to hotel to stay in Tokyo as it meets my needs perfectly. The room is large and the view is amazing and the staff are always wonderful to work with. The rooms are cleaned every day which is perfect. As I say it meets my needs and is ideal for me. We will visit again on our next trip to Japan

Location was a couple of minutes walk from the train and bus station. Lots of food and shopping available as well.

Spent over $300 for one night. Lobby looks like luxury. Hallway carpet stained smells like smoke and mildew. Room furniture is scratched and old. Room is visibly dirty and smells of mildew. Like they never shampoo carpet or wash curtains. It was gross. Shower had mold mildew stains. Do not book here if you are looking for the Japanese clean culture experience.

Really impressed by the quality of the hotel and services. All staff was very friendly and helpful since check in. Room was cleaned and re-stocked every day. Tried breakfast buffet and it was delicious and very pocket friendly.

I spent a week at Tobu Hotel and it was a great experience. The staff were helpful when needed and I would also recommend paying the extra amount for breakfast. It was overall an amazing experience.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, which made the room comfortable after being out all day. The location was convenient for getting around Tokyo, and it was a good place to stay with family. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this property to other travelers.

I can't recommend the Tobu Hotel Levant enough. The location is great, relatively quiet but still with lots to do. Very close to a train station so super easy to travel around Tokyo. There's also a convenient direct bus to Disneyland/Disneysea. We booked a triple room with two beds + sofa bed and it was a really good size with comfortable beds. Best of all was the incredible view of the Skytree we had on the 20th floor. We stayed for nearly two weeks and never got bored of the view. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. There's plenty of nice places to eat on the road just outside the hotel and a familymart + 7/11 just seconds away from the lobby (and a Lawson just slightly further away)

The view from the room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, those were the strongest parts of the stay. The smell of cigarette smoke on the ground floor was very strong and unpleasant, and the hotel overall felt quite old, with dated amenities. The view was probably the only feature that felt close to a five-star experience. Overall, it was practical and spacious, but the property itself felt tired and less polished than we expected.

The overall experience was fine, but, the extractor in thw bayjeroom was not working.
