Just everything was so perfect and fantasy-like. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room spacious and enchanting. The location amazing with the option of the shuttle to Disneyland and the train station. Just loved it and will definitely come again!

Staffs were very nice and patient. Big thanks to the lady who check us in the hotel. She is definitely a great staff/asset who knows the area and the property. Only small feedback of our stay is, would be nice if the property could be a bit flexible with accomodating complementary late check out of 30 mins to 1 hr.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Convenience store had a great selection of snacks. Shuttle Bus was also great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room; Easier place to stay with children. Clean. Enough space in the rooms with plenty of seats apart from the beds. Spacious shower/bath room. Easy to fill the tub in about a minute for kids. Japanese toilet tucked in a different room. Ammenities; They have everything you want, soap, shampool, toothbrush and more. They supplied slippers for all sizes. Hotel staff; Very helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need. Easy to get information. Disney; One bus ride away from Disney Sea and Disneyland. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes with 2 stops. Can be hectic as the buses fill up fast during rush hours. Early entrance into Tokyo Disneyland is very convenient, but still recommend showing up early as you need to go through security and wait until the park opens.
