Hi, I'm from Indonesia. My stay here was very memorable. The hotel room was clean, the facilities were great, there was laundry service, a delicious breakfast, and it was close to shops, groceries, restaurants, and the train station. I've stayed here more than five times.

The Tokyo Dome hotel is a very large modern hotel with many amenities - it’s kind of like staying at a convention center. It was a trade off between - it doesn’t have the feel of a luxury boutique hotel, but the benefits outweighed that in having fairly large rooms, onsite restaurants, convenience stores, amazing staff and service, easy access to taxis and food and entertainment

My checkin time was for 2PM but my room wasn’t ready until closer to 230, while not a long time, after a day of travel I would’ve preferred to get into our room with worry, especially as I watched everyone else around me checking in have no issues with their rooms being ready.

The room was very comfortable, offering great views of Tokyo. The breakfast at The Artist’s Corner in the 43rd floor was a brilliant way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many options with a theme park, shopping plaza, so many eating places, and 2 minutes to Suidobashi station. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend.

I love this hotel, Amazing location, helpful staff, and an unbeatable location just next to Tokyo dome and one of the most beautiful garden in Tokyo. Lots of convenient stores and Lawson in the hotel. Next to Jr lines and subways. Highly recommended

I stayed four nights in total. Staff were courteous and helpful, cleaning staff thoroughly professional. Self-service laundry was a huge plus given I was spending another week in Asia. Tokyo Dome City is a fun area with lots to do and has multiple access points to multiple Tokyo subway lines in short order.

We liked being in the middle of the city. There are sometimes lots of people for events at the Dome but it’s not the tourist crowd. Being a tall building you sometime need to wait for elevator. Convenient to many train/subway lines. And fun to have a great view of the city.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for Japan standards with three beds and space for three full sized luggage. Only thing was the dust. In the room and public spaces like in the elevator, on top of tv stand, towel racks - there was obvious dust build up.

We loved our spacious wheelchair accessible room. Highly recommend anyone with wheelchair should ask for one in this hotel. The hotel provided shower chair plus transfer board
