部屋もきれいで、朝食も出来立ておにぎりで良かったです。一つだけ、隣の人のいびきがすごかったので、寝付けませんでした。これは、しょうが無いですね。ありがとうございました。

年間変わらない価格で、とにかく掃除を徹底しているのが東横インの社長の方針だと聞いて清潔が一番！と泊まってみたのですが、本当に隅っこの方でも埃っぽいことはどこもなく、床や手すりなどもピカピカでした。
サービスの朝食は多種のおにぎりやパン、味噌汁やスープ、コーヒーやお茶、ジュースやお饅頭で簡単ではありますが温かく美味しいものでした。
貸出の傘もありました。出かける時のフロントからのお声掛けも毎回でキチンとして気持ちの良いものでした。
お部屋は小さく2人でツインはちょっときつかったです。2人部屋なのに椅子は一脚しかないので1人はベッドに腰掛けたり、トランクを広げておくには通路の邪魔になつたり、問題はありましたが、その割に大きな浴槽でゆつたりつかれました。多分1人部屋ならコンパクトで快適だったねと友人と話したものです。
駅から見える立地もとてもありがたいものですし、初めての山口県、初めての徳山市も素晴らしい街で、ホテルと共にお気に入りの地となりました。コンサートで訪れたのですが、機会があればまた訪ねたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

設備に古さはなく、かつ清潔。寝るだけで利用するなら十二分に満足。
トイレ、バスが一緒のスタイルだったが、トイレ&バスルームが少し下水臭さかったことだけは不満。
駐車場が少なく、予約が遅いとすぐいっぱいになるので要注意。徳山駅前地下駐車場なら地下通路出口がホテルのすぐ目の前で非常に便利。ただし駐車料金はお高め。
