Location near the train station and all the restaurants made it a lively spot outside the door and a relaxing stay at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Close to the train station. Helpful friendly staff. Very good value.

Lounge for guests to enjoy tea/coffee

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at noon and want to drop off our bags. The hotel let us check in. The western style breakfast is great. The staffs continue to provide food until 9 the closing time. Check in and out are easy. I love the skin care supplies!

Staff was very courteous and location is right next to a Daiso and a big supermarket and also 5-10min walking to Sannomiya bus terminal and JR station. Room is on a tiny side as expected but it’s clean and price is very reasonable.

Convenient location and clean hotel!

Check in was amazing I have to say. Luggage left before check in were moved to the room when we checked in; a service we had not experienced for long time. Breakfast was so so, not much surprise; however, the pancake machine was fun but was slow, coffee was difficult with water and drip bag. One of the best was the happy hour drink and snacks. Special mention: staffs were friendly and made me fell amazing. Location was great and close to the busiest station in Kobe.

The location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. The service was very nice, the early check-in was available at the arriving which was very convenient. The facility seemed a little bit old and sink and bathtub had a stubborn stain, but house keeping was well done. I enjoyed the free drink service for the customer during the Happy Hour. I would like to return to this hotel again.

Located about 1/2 mile from the subway station. Nice hotel with large sized rooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby with wine and small snacks provided. The staff were friendly and the location was walkable to most everything. The only downside was the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Other than that I enjoyed my one night stay.

駅から近く、快適でした。部屋にお茶などはなく、ロビーから必要なものを持っていく形式。個人的に、ハッピーアワーで色々なフレーバーのお茶があったのが嬉しく、楽しませていただきました。

We stayed for a night as we were there to meet a friend. Fantastic place to stay, the room was excellent with a city view. There are so many restaurants around here, we walked into the city at night to eat and found a bbq place and had a wonderful meal. Highly recommend.

We love the happy hour with free flow of drinks. Will be great if they have finger foods that we can order. We are more than happy to pay for the foods.

Stayed 4 nights with family. Our "comfort double" room was clean and comfortable. With two large suitcases laid flat on the floor, we were still able to move around (that may not be possible in other Japanese hotels, especially in big cities). The hotel was close to train station and tracks but was quiet. We did not try the western style breakfast buffet, as that did not suite our taste. But there were plenty of dining options nearby, and we also picked up fruits and beverage from the supermarket next door a couple of times. In the cafe area, there were some hot and cold beverage available to guests between 10 am and 10 pm. We did laundry once. There were 2 machines on 6th and 9th floors each. A single machine was capable of washing and drying in a 2 hour course, and the recommended maximum load was 3 kg. The course cost 600 yen, with addional drying available for 100 yen per 30 minutes. Being able to paying with IC card (ICOCA, Suica, etc) was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hotel if we visit Kobe again.
