Very clean great staff and good foid

The hotel rooms and common areas looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. It was very out dates and poorly lit. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Its very convenient and close to town, i had a good stay.

My first room was deplorable! The sheets were disgusting. But the staff is very nice, very professional and they promptly moved me to another room which was clean but VERY run down.

So noisy place difficult to sleep after hours of travelling ...

Clean place to stay

Like the good-natured and accomodating hotel staff, the central location, room size, and comfortable bed. Should ensure that basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, hot water, and operational faucets are provided.

Conveniently located hotel with good security and pleasant and helpful staff. Room spacious but basic, clean with good showers and simple kitchenette. 24 hour food service and well equiped bar.

Hotel is short walk from CBD. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable.

Central location, easy check-in and thanks to the staff for noticing my airport transfer was late and taking the initiative in contacting them on my behalf

The beds were very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was very good.

I stayed here for one night after my Intrepid tour. Pros: - bed comfortable, big room, hot shower Cons: - tv lost its signal often - I found that the food was average at restaurant for dinner (pizza had no flavor) - wi-fi sometimes worked well, but not reliable - I asked at reception for hairdrier, there was none - I asked for toilet paper since there was hardly any left in the room. They said they would send someone up but the person never showed up - I booked a transfer to the airport for the following morning. The transfer was on time; however, for the price I paid (25$ USD), I would have expected a better service. The driver had its music running loudly in the car, window rolled down even though it was cold, and made a stop at a gas station on the way to the airport. He should have thought to refuel before taking me. In conclusion, this hotel was ok for one night but I don't think I would stay there again.

The property was in a noisy location. You could hear roosters outside. However the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was very convenient.

This was a nice, clean, safe hotel. The food in the restaurant was inexpensive and very good! As was the beer. They don’t accept American $1 bills though, no bank in Kenya will accept them so the staff can’t. $5 and up only. Rooms are big! Shower was good, no hair dryers though, not even at the front counter.

These folks are absolutely wonderful - so helpful! The rooms are spacious and airy, the facilities perfectly adequate.
