The place is well maintained and clean. The staff are helpful and willing to help. It’s quiet and I love everything about this place. I highly recommend this hotel. The laundry upstairs is also a plus. You get credit for snacks as well. Best hotel in Vientiane for sure!

Hotel is very new and clean. Staff is very helpful, professional, can speak in Thai and English. Room is a bit small, has no closet for storage.

The hotel is located right in the city center, convenient for traveling to tourist attractions. The room is clean, new but the elevator lobby on each floor does not have air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at the COSI ! The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, i got upgrade room also with nice view. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.
