Reserve a large room for 5 people + 1 extra bed. Stay 2 nights. Pay card cut before I stay for almost 1 month. Once he reached the staff, the room was not available. Book the top room for mountain views. But the employee has left the room for others So I got the ground floor room instead. I don't know about not solving problems. The room is clean. But the air conditioner is not cold at all The fan is turned on and is noisy. Television is not a problem in every room.
