As always, this property is my favorite goto, when in Beirut. Suggestions: 1) Reopen access to lower beach pool area from upper pool area. This closure was a major change causing customer inconvenience to have to enter through parking lot. This did affect us on this trip. 2) The lobby lounge was closed at 7 PM every day. 3) There has clearly been a management change. Former team was more engaging with the patrons, particularly the return guests. We did not see one manager approach guests to see how they were enjoying their stay. There is a different vibe than previous management. 4) if items on the offered menu are not available, a listing should be provided to let the customer know what is or is not currently available. The front desk staff and ladies in red were phenomenal as usual. Cleaning staff was fantastic. Thank you to Farah, Ahmed, Mohammad, Taline, Ryan and Charble and Dania, outstanding service. 😀👍

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spacious and clean. The pools, food options are all great.
Above all are the friendly and hospitable staff.
Every day they put Baklava or fruits in our room.
Location is accessible and and can reach or exit through many routes.

I have stayed at this property many times. It is 5 Star service all the way. This property is especially nice in the Summer months with the pool and seaside amenities.
We enjoyed our Christmas stay and the Christmas brunch.
Staff treat you like royalty and have been consistent in all of our visits to this property.

The stay at Kempinski was nothing short of amazing; we chose this hotel as the wedding night + day stay for our wedding in Lebanon and we were extremely happy with our choice.
The staff were super helpful from checkin time, to room service, to laundry service, all the way until check out. During the day we utilized the pool at Kempinski which was a lot of fun, the food at the pool was a real treat after the wedding night AND the team were kind enough to help us stay for a late check-out to catch our flight later.
All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future, not only is the standard and service high but I also prefer the area it is located in within Beirut over the other crowded areas, it’s super close to the center (Beirut is pretty compact) so there’s no trade off.

We have stayed here many times and the amenities and service are top notch.
Shout out for both Mohammad’s at lower pool bar. Excellent servers! Chalil is an outstanding bar tender and enjoy knowing he is their upon our return. Also, Hassan and Maher at upper bar. Marcel at front desk.
Overall… We always are treated well and feel that Kempinski is our home away from home when visiting Beirut. Shukran for another great sat: Aug 26 thru Sept 6th. Marcus has done a great job managing customer experience as the GM!
