Friendly professional staff , quick and easy check in and out . Our stay was amazing

Enjoyed our stay, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms recently updated very clean. Unfortunately the entire hotel, including non smoking rooms smells a bit like cigarettes. Staff was very helpful when we asked to move to another room due to smell, and helped find us a room that smelled less of cigarettes. Spent most time at the pool so we enjoyed the amenities.

Great hotel with amazing amenities and the best staff !

Good staff, old furniture and not renovated

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mövenpick Hotel — it’s in a convenient location with amazing views right on the water. The Housekeeper who serviced our room was excellent. Every day, our room was cleaned and tidied to perfection, as if we had just checked in. He’s truly an asset to the hotel. I believe his name is Jihad. Room 821 LaRose

Expected a better stay for this high end Resort. Rooms were small and restaurant / pool staff were hit or miss for service.

The alarm in the middle of the night was not nice and kept us up. But the place was very nice

Location, clean, friendly staff

Clean, spacious, have all what holidaiers need: Olympic pools, leisure pools, beach and sea. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Roof top “hemming bird” restaurant did creat job hosting my dinner party.

The amenities at Serenity Hotel were top-notch. I enjoyed the relaxing spa services, as well as the well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, the pool area was a serene oasis that provided the perfect escape after a long day of exploring. What truly set this hotel apart was the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with special requests, their hospitality was impeccable.
