Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Convenient for passing by and sleeping over.

Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was nice though was a small selection of continental food when the listing stated cooked breakfast which was factored into our choosing here. Also the see through shower was a bit difficult as one of our rooms was being shared by a mother and adult child. Having information in the room on breakfast and check out times would also have been helpful. One of our rooms had a qr code in which could have directed us to this but the other room didn’t have this and the person in that room was organising things. Different websites said different breakfast serving times with the Accor website showing 4-8am and closed on weekends. Also somewhere to get a tea or coffee outside of breakfast times would be handy.

Property was good, great parking. No food available on a Sunday night. No staff at desk so we had to wait to check in.

If you like defecating in a cupboard, this is the hotel for you!

The property was good because it was cheap and did the job for a couple nights. Didn’t like how far out it was and public transport is ages away from here.

Hotel is slightly further out, but! Bus from village of Bettembourg is only a 20 minute walk and the village is lovely. Uber is around €30 one way so very affordable as a group, there is a shop on site that also serve hot food.

The hotel was clean and tidy enough but the room we had was so tiny .. the shower and hand sink are in the room with the bed and it's a tight squeeze for two people plus luggage. Luckily we were only there for one night. This is not a hotel for more than a quick stopover.

The property itself and the staff were pretty solid. The only area that I could see a possible need for improvement would be location. Now, I know they can’t move the hotel to the city center, but perhaps a shuttle service to the local bus stop. The fact is that once you get to the bus stop in Livage, it is pretty easy to get into Luxembourg… takes no more than 30 minutes by bus.

Was not a pleasant stay at ibis budget.
