Great location between railway station and old town so easy to get around. Clean. We forgot our travel adaptor and they had one for loan. Our toilet kept running but they fixed quickly and were very responsive. The petit breakfast for 10 euros was excellent value.

Hotel had a lovely breakfast. The room was small but clean but our room did not have air conditioning. So check when you book during the hot summer months, we were fine as the breeze was nice in late May.

The ID cards were out of service. The staff were stretched thin and it was miserable asking for permission to enter every time. They fixed it the day we were leaving. But on duty personnel during the days made zero effort.

We picked this location for a one night stay to visit the city on our way from Netherlands to Switzerland. Location was good for walking to town as we like to walk. The toilet room is separated from bathroom which was interesting. The thermostat wasn’t working properly so we were hot for most of the night. They also adviced not to drink the water since they were working on the plumbing. But front desk was helpful with giving us information on where to visit.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay. Was an easy 15mins bus ride from the airport to a stop 200m From the hotel and all public transport is free which was a bonus! Check in staff were lovely as were those in the restaurant. Very nice modern room with good amenities. Was only 10mins walk into the city so a great location all round and would have no hesitation in recommending

A little too far away from the city centre, lots of up and downs to walk to the hotel. We found the hotel to be very inconvenient especially so for old folks like us. Lugging our 3 luggages was challenging.

Great Hotel, Restaurant staff was very polite and did everything they could even after 10pm .Room was sparkling clean and we were impressed. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we were very disappointed by the lady who was in charge at front desk, rude and didn’t acted friendly at all , barely answered my questions , didn’t tell us anything about our stay , hotel amenities & suggestions. I expected way more , she needs to improve , for sure .
