We stayed two nights in a family room and were very happy with this hotel. The room and hotel were very clean and it was well kept. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was on the more expensive side - although the children ate free and the breakfast choices were very good and the food was nice. Location of hotel was good, just a one minute walk to the tram and then only ten mins to the centre. Great place to base yourself to explore the city.

Great location. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is close to restaurants, museums, and bars. The tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around the city and reach the airport.

I would stay again. The hotel is badly signposted and parking nor easy to access. It’s great that it a few minutes from trams. The breaks at at 28 euros is very expensive and car parking like everywhere these days is expensive.Staff were great very helpful

Initially I was assigned a room but the shower was not draining and the temperature was fixed on 24C which was too hot with the sun streaming in. Also difficult to sleep without proper black out curtains. The reception very kindly moved me to another room that resolved these issues and was very pleasant.

Hotel was good . it's located beside the tram line ,which is good and bad . the public transport is free so you can take the tram from the airport or the train station to the hotel at no cost . but you do feel the rumble of the tram line in the room . It's a quiet area ,not much around but only about 7 min by tram to old town ( which looks kind of new) .I'd stay again .

Breakfast was very expensive for what is was. It appeared to cater more for continental than international. Cereals were left open tp the air and therefore a bit stale. Cooked breakfast was poorly displayed and apart from some bacon nothing else appeared on show.
