The staff is friendly and wonderful. Will give you the check-in slot slip before to ensure smooth check-in. Can keep luggage at the hotel. The staff is very professional and willing to find the best view room for you. Kudos to staff at check-in section. The room is huge and comfortable. Moreover, we can purchase ferry tickets from the hotel, making it easy for us as tourists. Will definitely stay again in the near future.

We highly recommend this place - we had a wonderful stay and everyone in our family had a great time. The place was very clean, the staff was so nice and the hotel provided everything we needed for our stay incl. things for our toddler such as crib, bed guard, baby soap, shampoo, etc. There were also so many things to do that everyone in our family (2 - 68 years old) was always entertained.

My husband and I stayed here last week for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Beautiful resort and great staff. My mom and her friends are celebrating their 50th high school reunion and I booked them a stay here next month. I hope their stay is even better than ours!

Unlike a few other hotels, even 5 star ones, the housekeepers in this hotel really change the sheets. U can feel the obvious crisp clean sheets. Everyone is extra helpful, probably because the main economic activity of Macau is tourism. The hotel shuttle services to all the terminals & ports are free and efficient
