The unit was clean and tidy, everything was the same as shown in the picture😄 I will definitely recommend it to others and come back again. Overall I am very satisfied👍

Basic facilities provided. At the beginning of my stay I wish to give the house a good rating. But the experience after a few days, it was bad. The house has unpleasant smell, the owner need to replace the air freshener/scent regularly. The point of my disappointing was, I came home with water flooded at the window area (about 1/3 part of the house drenched). I never opened the window ya. All of my items that I put there such as my laptop bag, luggage, all affected. Luckily no damage for luggage since it's waterproof. In conclusion, just pray that during your stay, it's not raining. If not, owner will just say it's the management/developer issue of the house. Need to handle yourself like mopping and cleaning. Even though you paid for the cleaning fee for RM40.

The worse. Spend 1 hour just for check in then another half hour for finding my apartment which end up not found. The persons in charge (4 peoples) does not helping, did not resolve anything. Ask for so many document and details but worthless. Don't ever come here. I end up go for another hotel and burn all payment for nothing! The worse ever! The location was far for everything also of you want to consider.

First of all, the moment when I stepped into the homestay the first thing I saw was cockroaches. I thought it's just one or two which I considered normal so I didn't complain about it. Things started to get worse on the second day. My bag, bed and food were full of cockroaches. I made a complaint and as I was asked to pay for another rm40 cleaning fee before check in. I paid the cleaning fee to live with cockroaches. Secondly, they said they will refund the cleaning fee as a compensation. I checked-in on 1st December, until now 11th December I have yet to claim my compensation. The worst thing is that there were three people on charge in the group and all of them just seen my message without replying. They said I was able to get my compensation within 24hours, and I don't know how many hours passed by. First and last time to book this homestay :)

Very disappointed, prices suddenly increased. I will return the deposit money. After being asked for 4 days, they said I was bringing in guests. Even though the guests only came in for 15 minutes, my family helped my parents carry the bags inside.

Service sangat lambat, nak check in lambat, pastu kalo lambat checkout dia charge RM 20, kalo lambat lagi deposit burn, deposit RM 100 ye, nak tunggu deposit tu refund pun lambat sangat ye, jauh sangat acc dept mereka, pastu ada hidden charge ye RM 40 untuk cleaning fees katanya, will never repeat this place @ this agent or what so ever.

Untuk orang yang mau liburan, tidak di anjurkan menginap di sini. Karena lokasi tidak strategis, penanganan masalah dari pihak management sangat lambat. 8 hari tinggal di sini berasa tinggal di hutan.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused referring to the above as you mention but firstly we want feedback is after investigate we find out all the prove which is our reservation actually early has create group in whatsapp for your check-in registration but did not receive any response from you so hope before giving any comment please could understand which is not last minute then blame to management slow because on the same day we have almost 50 guest to check-in too. Tempat menyeramkan sebab jauh sikit daripada kawasan luar dan berada di penghujung. Rumah dia ok ok lah. Katil dia tak selesa sangat and bilik dia rasa lemas sebab agak kecil. Sangat mengecewakan sebab sepatutnya ada WiFi tapi time kita orang datang WiFi dia tak boleh guna. Isi air dalam cawan air meleleh keluar rupanya cawan yang disediakan dah pecah. Tapi orang yang urus sangat membantulah. Kita tanya dia balas walaupun kekadang lambt sikit.
