The view from the hotel is incredible. However, for the price, it doesn't feel like it's worth it. This hotel may have been successful in the past, but now it feels dated and needs renovation to make it feel worth the price. The bathrooms could be upgraded, as could the rooms. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I feel scammed and cheated. The price of 330/night is really not worth it, I had to downgrade and ask to change to another room, don't you want to stay 2 nights in this bad room? The other Junior Suite room type has already been booked by the management. Very dissatisfied. The pictures in the apps/website for the Junior Suite do not exist here, only in dreams. Downgrade take Deluxe room, better than Junior Suite but no refund. Double sadness.
