The staff was so accommodating, understanding, and polite. They let us change the room when we wanted to change for a few reasons. The process to apply to extend our stay was also easy. It's near KL Sentral, the city view from the room was also good with the price they offered. Will surely come back for our next KL trip. 😊

Dua Sentral KL is a great budget-friendly option near KL Sentral and Nu Sentral. The unit is spacious and comes with a bathtub, which is a nice bonus at this price point. Very convenient location for public transport, shopping, and quick eats. Great value for the money!

Best hotel with best services, I got a big room when check in, all of the staff are friendly, and the hotel location is near from MRT/LRT, KTM, and monorail KL Sentral.

The room has nice view, spacious & cozy. But there were several baby cockroaches in the toilet . The male staff at receiptionist counter is quite arrogant, unfriendly .

Very disappointed with this hotel. The receptionist failed to inform us about the hotel parking card during check-in, and we were later charged RM45 instead of RM15. This shows poor communication and lack of common sense — guests should automatically be informed.
The room cleanliness was also unacceptable. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area, which clearly shows poor pest control.
Despite its strategic location, the service and hospitality were very disappointing. Not recommended at all.

The staff hospitality is so minus, need more training. Deposit too high, RM200. Front office is not open 24 hours, so if your flight or you check out in the morning before 9.30 am, better don't take this hotel. FO opens at 9.30am. Remember that you have RM200 deposit

the room we were given has no wifi, no bathroom door, the tv cant be turned on, & the room's power suddenly off on our 2nd night we had to move to another room bcs of that.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. The view is great (yesterday at 14:10).
It's just inconvenient to walk to Chinatown, KL Sentral, and Bukit Bintang (you have to use Grab for around RM10).
The reception is good, and communication via WhatsApp is smooth.
