Enrich Hotel Setia Alam

The location is quite strategic, near to a hawker centre and some local food restaurants. Staffs were friendly and helpful, but I got my bidet leaked and it makes noises. So far so good.

The hotel needs renovations. The sink area wasn't cleaned. The toilet bowl is broken. The lock on the wooden door is broken. The hairdryer will take an hour to arrive.

When checking in I found that the tap in the toilet was broken. Water was coming out non-stop and making a disturbing noise. I reported it to the counter twice but no action was taken to resolve the problem. The last resort I took was to tie the tap head myself using a rope so that the water would stop coming out and not make a disturbing noise.

The price is affordable and the room is comfortable.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Very rude receptionist during check-in, lift broke down, super small wash basin - never seen such an unusable design. Aircon hard to operate and in need of servicing.

stayed just one night for a course nearby. Location ok ample of parking space (i arrive after 6pm) many restaurants nearby got lift. room ok. aircon cold, water heater hot, tv functioning, but near midnight i think its either raining or Wi-Fi problem so the line disrupted. Got towel, shampoo and soap, and they also give ?250ml mineral water. its good considering the price i paid for the room

The staff is very friendly & helpful. The room is quite okay, just for a night stay. Recommended if you're a solo traveler or on a work trip alone.

Lokasi cukup ok karena di sekitar banyak kopi tiam saat pagi, ada MCD juga dan nasi kandar.

Hotel cantik selesa. Dekat dengan kemudahan seperti kedai makan, kedai-kedai runcit, stesen minyak. Suasana pun tenang je. Terbaik 👍🏻

For its price I think the room it's quite okay although there is a huge leaking spot in the room. However, the staff has a judgmental look.

Terdapat lipas besar di lantai; anak lipas atas katil, bau bilik yang tidak menyenangkan seperti bau kelembapan. Terpaksa tukar bilik (upgrade) kerana terpaksa. Cadangan tingkatkan kebersihan, bau bilik yang menyenangkan.. Lift tidak berfungsi dengan baik terutama bagi warga emas..

Bilik bersih, selesa, dan memuaskan. Diharapkan datang masa untuk check in diawalkan lagi sebab penginap biasanya dari luar kawasan. Thank you.
