Doesn't provide soap when they should've. The bed sheet is dirty and its so uncomfortable to sleep on it plus we had to share remote AC because it was only one given for two booked rooms.

1. Aircon very noisy, found filter very dirty. 2. No room cleaning for 2 days stay even though had hang the make room tidy tag at outside room door hanger. 3. Too many mosquito, can't sleep on first night. 4. Room sound proof very poor. 5. Towel & bedsheets not really clean & old. 6. WiFi very weak. 7. No bottle drinking water, no toilet paper provided in room. 8. Sharp bended floor trap in bathroom had cut my toe.

The 2nd floor is very hot even though the aircond is open. Sleep less comfortable clean room - 3/5 ⭐ room area - 4/5 ⭐ clean toilet - 3/5 ⭐ room 308 leaking, rain dripping to the floor. You have to go up the stairs if you want to go up, it's a bit high. Lif tak da.
