This hotel is totally scam. Bilik rosak langsung tak sama dengan gambar. Tak ada maintenance. Hot shower hampir-hampir tak berfungsi, bilik penuh semut, bergaru semalaman. Tak lena tidur dibuatnya. Air mineral pun tak ada. Privacy pun tak ada. Apa orang sebelah bilik sembang pun kita boleh dengar. The website should banned this hotel. 😡

Check in is a bit late. it's almost dusk. get L2. close to the mosque. the room only takes a single bed. there is a small prayer room. It's ok for my size. the others are ok. only the toilet wall is not clean. The sink is a bit clogged. slow drain down. There is no water heater. had to take a cold shower. ask to check out at 1:00 in the afternoon because the event ends at 12:00 noon, the front desk will ask you to charge rm 20 for 1 hour late check out. I hope the management can train the staff about "Quality Customer Service" if in the 90s the staff who didn't have QCS already got love letters. 😊 fyi: htl location is adjacent to Icity. Lively & not lonely. bwh htl there is a simple restaurant (tomyam) . it's just that the atmosphere in ICity is not like it used to be anymore. many shop lots are still closed. (10/30/22)

It is confusing where to enter the hotel at first even after using waze/google map. Also the parking need to be paid instead of free. The staff are helpful. The room is small for a queen bed. There is only small spaces to walk in and out and for prayer. The room that I got have few facilities that is old and defect. The hanging rod in the bathroom is almost fall off from the wall. There is no window for air ventilation. The TV only have one channel that play English movie only. There is restaurant and convenient store nearby.

Very reasonable price. Close to the playground. Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby. Very satisfied and will come again. The staff is also good. There is an elevator, don't worry. Easy and cheap parking.

You have to pay for parking 1 night rm10 at the parking counter. Staff parking unavailable have to call the office first and wait until the staff come.

requested for housekeeping in the morning, however request was not taken into action. when we came back in the afternoon, the room still untidy, we had to remind and request again. however, the housekeepers performed their job superb!
