This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants.
The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating.
For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!

HotSpot is in a good location and good value for the price. We had a late night check in but it went smoothly because we had whatsApp it was all remote (sending us door codes and instructions on how to get our key, etc.). Also was able to get help turning on the AC via WhatsApp. During daytime hours there is a person at the desk who was very friendly.

Room: big, suitable for family of 3-4 (children), huge sofa too (can sleep on it). Cleanliness 9.9/10. Smell: no bad odor. The one issue I have was, I paid for Victoria room for 2 days, ended up getting other room 🤷. Luckily, they gave us a room with the same room size and facility. Would be full star review if not because of the room "mistake".

It ' s spacious and comfy. Easy to check in and out. Near to centre of the city. But not suitable for elderly because there is no lift. Overall is perfect.

I really enjoyed staying here, the location was strategic, the service was okay, for cleanliness it happened that my sheets had a lot of hair and were rather dirty. Apart from that everything is ok.
