Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience, beautiful turtle beach with clear blue waters nearby, we rented a scooter for 24h to go to the beach. Also the coconut drink stall at the bottom of chalet is recommended! Very delicious and fresh, I had it every time after coming from the beach :) as a family of 4, it was a comfortable stay , value for price especially access to the beautiful beach.. we also rented a boat for 1 hour to see turtles from a local - adik ril, go to the stall with life jackets on the beach and ask, much cheaper price than the rest of tourism boats

We booked two rooms for our stay at this hotel. We loved that the hotel was very close to Kuala Terengganu's Chinatown. Hence finding food wasn't an issue. The 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel was definitely a plus. Finding childhood snacks in there was a bonus. Reception employees were very nice and courteous. Upon checking into our rooms, we found one of the rooms to have a sort of unpleasant smell. Upon request, the employees at the reception promptly moved us into a different room without further questions. For the price we paid, this hotel met our expectations and needs.

- The room was clean, with no unpleasant smell. And the toilet was clean. - Affordable yet satisfying. - The location is quite far from the main attraction but GrabCar still knows the hotel location since it's quite famous among tourists. - Definitely will come again.

The service, location, counter service, friendliness, and access to various places are very satisfying. The only concern is when you need to compete for parking, which is extremely limited and could be exposed to danger due to the quiet night with no one in the back of the hotel. Also, you need to compete for an iron placed in the next to the elevator area. Drink sachets are not provided in the room but are available upon request at the counter. We feel it 's not worth the price of the hotel we rented. This is just our honest experience.

Mainly was the noise. Someone upstairs moved and drag some heavy stuff/furniture causing noise at almost 12 midnight. Next, someone (2 different group of people; I believe it 's hotel 's occupants) talked very loudly at 6am.

Nice budget hotel with 5star in-room facilities. Comfortable & spacious king size bed. Overall the hotel is very clean and tidy. Located at the city center, near to the night market & river side (walking distance). Close by to UTC and indoor family activities such as bowling and cinema.

Parking sangat limited memang kena ambil parking berbayar depan hotel. Mineral water free kalau nak topup. Toothbrush tiada ya kena bawa sendiri. Hotel atas rumah kedai.

Nice place to stay and rest. Friendly and helpful staffs. Iron can be found in some corner, but poor conditions. Parking is hard to get aft 8pm. The rest is good :)
