Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. All guests are obliged to below house rules once your booking is confirmed. i. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. ii. All special request such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability. iii. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability. iv. Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.

Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
