Quint little room with small little touches of styles that makes it unique. Staff was very helpful especially the one on the early morning shift of 10 April 2021. Will definitely consider when returning to Ipoh again in future.

Overall location n design is nice but There are some small cockroach walking on the floor and wall make it have restless night afraid the cockroach go in my bag. And there are some smell overall is ok but I gotten the handicapped room.

Room was small, window let in natural light but no view. Sliding door to the bathroom took considerable effort to open/close, and when in the open position it completely closed off access to the refrigerator & tea/coffee making facilities. Sliding door into the shower barred access to the toilet when in the open position, an interesting way to save space. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The adjacent BFF Restaurant opens late, so it did not provide a good option for us for breakfast.

The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Check-in is quick and easy. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but that’s also a plus because you get to try local restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
