Water water heater is broken. The air conditioner is very loud. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. Pillow cases and quilt are stained.

Just 200mtr from Kuala Lumpur sentral, so it 's very convenient whether you want to travel to Bukit Bintang, or other cities, or to airport.

Good but there is outside sound (someone talks so loudly) cause th sound comes into room, sound of lift so we can't sleep. I also dislike with receptionist in thus room cause she is rude when face the guest when check in or check out.
