I loved the location with its views of the Maxwell hills and the lake gardens. The location was also across the street from hawker stalls. The facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly.

A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory.
Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Always a good stay at Novotel Taiping, staff is responsive when informed of any issues and always friendly. One slight issue if I always have issues with the in room safe on all three trips so far.
