Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

Best location and really good service from staff. The entrance to the car park is not too obvious, so good to slow down before reaching. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Really worth it to have breakfast there. The swimming pool is also awesome for the kids.

The place was nice good location, the things that bothered me were the elevator was slow only three, and from the windows, I can see perforated sheet metal and not the city itself. I took a club room and my room located at third floor. That you can see nothing.

Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality.

As I stayed for 2 night with 5 rooms, my room 913 had housekeeping request but the standard of making up the bed was appalling. The bedsheets was crumbled a d the co.forter was just slip to cover the bed. The housekeeping personnel was a young foreign Indian male. As a frequent traveller for my line of work, this bed making standard is far from a 5 star hotel protocol. On a strong note, your front desk staffs were excellent . Just an honest feedback

It’s a very large hotel in a good location walking distance to the station and lots of restaurants and shops. Helpful staff. Nice large rooms. We had complimentary upgrades without asking. Sound proofed. The hotel lobby is large but calm and comfortable. Huge choice at breakfast but go down before 8:30am to avoid the long queue. Only niggle is that it is so large we never knew when the rooms would be cleaned. It could be late afternoon when you have to come back to rest.

Exceeded our expectations. Staff are friendly and efficient and a credit to this hotel. The room was big and very clean. Had a filtered water drinking tap in room which was a bonus. Pool is lovely and gym has modern equipment and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again

Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing!
